Cancellation & Booking Policies

Booking Policy

50% Deposit is required for any service exceeding $100 for all clientelle.

This desposit is then applied to and redeemed towards the cost of your booked appointment.

    Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy

    Customers are  sent a reminder 24 hours prior to their appointment, via SMS and E-Mail.

    In respect to other clientelle booking appointments, The Beauty Spot By Monique requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or re-scheduling of appointments, so that this spot may be made available to other potential clients.

    Failure of attendance will incur a non-redundable 50% fee of the total cost of your appointment. After which a follow up call will be made, therein the cancellation and incurred fee will be discussed.

    If a 50% deposit has already been placed to secure your appointment,  this will be used as the non-refundable cancellation fee.
